The Nurtured Table

The Nurtured Table is all about celebrating family dinner time at the table with fresh and nutritious meals made from seasonal produce and sustainable, organic meats. Whether you’re a family of six, four, a cosy two, or a young professional, we prepare and deliver nourishing meals catered to suit your needs.

We are focused on providing fresh family meals that are not only packed with flavour, but that are also made with ingredients that are environmentally sustainable and animal-welfare-friendly. Our meat is currently sourced from Cleaver's Organic Meat Company and where possible, our vegetables are from Absolute Organic and Coolibah.

How it works


1. Order ahead

To minimise food wastage and ensure our costs are as low as possible (in order to offer you the best price for premium quality), orders are placed a week before delivery.

1. Menus are uploaded online every Tuesday.

2. If you like what you see, place your order online by Sunday.

3. Dishes are delivered to your doorstep the following Thursday.

Our subscribers receive weekly menu updates every Tuesday, along with some cooking tips and seasonal recipe ideas. You can subscribe below!


2. Bung it in the oven, pop it on the stove or freeze for later!

All meals arrive fresh and are designed to be heated either directly in the oven or on the stove. Meals are made to be enjoyed fresh on the day or over the weekend, freeing you up with more time for yourself and the family.

Alternately, some dishes such as lasagna, Bolognese and soups are more forgiving when it comes to being frozen and reheated at a later time. We know what it’s like to have a tough day and come back home to an empty fridge... And there's nothing more comforting than coming home to a nourishing family meal after a long day!


3. Delivery to your doorstep...

We currently offer free home delivery across Sydney's eastern suburbs including Bondi, Paddington, Woollahra, Waverly, Clovelly, Bronte, Coogee, Randwick, Maroubra and Little Bay.

Malaysian chicken rice and a little spice!

A family favourite dish, our chicken rice is loved for its simple and healthy cooking approach. Organic chicken breasts are poached in an aromatic and herbal broth, topped with a soy sesame dressing, fresh spring onions and coriander, and served with fragrant basmati rice and some housemade chilli sauce for a little kick! It's a winner with toddlers, and the reason why we have it at home on a weekly basis (apart from that it's also delicious)! 


More Bolognese, please!

A traditional Bolognese sauce made with organic beef and pork mince, fresh tomatoes, herbs and a generous dash of good red wine. Cooked over a low heat for 5-6 hours, this satisfying meaty sauce is rich with flavour and the perfect accompaniment to a good glass (or bottle) of red wine and great company at the table - all you need is a handful of grated Parmigiano-Reggiano over the top (we provide that too!). We serve it with girandole torsades pasta as the spiral shape holds the sauce beautifully, which means more sauce with every bite. Added bonus? It's also extremely kid-friendly - #toddlerapproved!

The dish comes with a side of rocket, semi-dried tomatoes and goat's cheese salad, dressed with aged balsamic dressing.
